Legacy Jets – Refund & Return Policy

1. Limited Edition Nature

All Legacy Jets models are produced in strictly limited quantities. Due to the exclusive and collectible nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a restocking or administrative fee at Legacy Jets’ discretion.
  • Pre-orders or custom/limited production runs cannot be canceled once production has begun.

3. Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided

4. Manufacturing Tolerances

Each model is crafted using precision manufacturing techniques. Minor variations may occur, including but not limited to:

  • Slight paint tone differences
  • Small printing or alignment inconsistencies
  • Minor assembly variations

These are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

5. Shipping Damage

  • If your model arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours
  • Retain all original packaging for inspection and claims
  • Legacy Jets will coordinate with the factory or shipping provider to determine resolution, which may include:
    • Replacement parts
    • Partial refund
    • Full replacement (subject to availability)

6. Detached Parts (Non-Damage)

Due to the delicate nature of diecast models:

  • Small parts (e.g., antennas, landing gear, engines) may occasionally detach during shipping
  • If parts are not broken, this is not considered damage
  • Please contact us, and we will work with the factory to provide guidance or a solution where possible

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received

All exchanges are subject to stock availability due to limited production runs.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Legacy Jets is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused after delivery due to handling or display
  • Normal wear or aging of materials over time
  • Improper storage conditions
