Legacy Jets – Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated
- Pre-orders and limited releases will ship according to the announced production timeline
- Once your order is prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Legacy Jets partners with trusted global carriers to ensure safe delivery, including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
Shipping method is selected based on destination, speed, and reliability.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout
- Delivery typically occurs within 2–7 business days after dispatch
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders
4. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide
- Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–14 business days after dispatch
- Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Local handling fees
These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are not controlled by Legacy Jets.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping speed
Important: Shipping costs from the factory to distribution points (for wholesale or exclusive retailer orders) are not included and will be invoiced separately when models are ready to ship.
6. Packaging Standards
All Legacy Jets models are packaged to premium standards:
- Protective inner casing
- Reinforced outer cartons
- Shock-resistant materials to minimize transit risk
7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility
- Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier
- Legacy Jets is not liable for:
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
We strongly recommend ensuring secure delivery locations.
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather or global logistics issues
These are outside of Legacy Jets’ control.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The shipping box
- Internal packaging
- The product
We will work with the carrier and factory to determine the appropriate resolution.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees
11. Split Shipments
For multi-item or pre-order purchases:
- Orders may ship in separate packages depending on availability
- Additional shipping charges may apply in certain cases
